Responsibilities
•Reporting to the Controller
•Execute all accounting functions including, but not limited to, general ledger, billing, credit and collections, accounts payable
•Perform journal entries, account reconciliations and account analysis
•Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
•Assist in establishing and maintaining proper internal control procedures
•Complete the company's annual year-end audit with outside CPA firm
•Review and ensure accuracy of financial data used in monthly management financial reporting packages
•Research and document conclusions on accounting and financial reporting issues
•Assist in the implementation of new accounting and regulatory pronouncements and documentation of accounting policies
•Evaluate internal controls over financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and cash
•Preparation of other financial data and analysis as needed by management
•Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
•Manage budget process

Qualifications
•BA degree
•Minimum of 5 years experience working in accounting function in public or private company
•CPA preferred
•Strong leadership and communication skills required
