Shipping Methods
Standard: For the 48 contiguous US states please allow 4-8 business days, after order processing, for packages to arrive. For APO, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please allow 6-12 business days, after order processing, for packages to arrive.
3-Day: Orders placed by 12:00pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm EST and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Sorry, this shipping method is not available for AK, HI, PR, APO or PO Box Orders.
Next Business Day: Orders placed by 12:00pm EST Monday- Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST Monday-Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm EST and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday. Sorry, Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Just remember, all returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn and returned within 45 days. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, we will refund your postage and ship the right item at no cost to you.
All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that you can get by calling Customer Service at 1.888.630.8883 or by emailing us at customerservice@littlemissmatched.com.
Please mail all exchanges and returns, with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the box, to:
