General Shipping Information
LittleMissMatched ships within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico, and offers three different shipping methods. Pssst...orders received after 12 noon Eastern Standard Time are processed the next business day.
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days (add 2-5 business days for AK, HI, PR)
3-Day: Orders are delivered in 3 business days (not available for AK, HI and PR orders)
Next Day: Orders are delivered next business day for afternoon delivery (not available for AK, HI and PR orders)
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your purchase based on your shipping method. My rates may be changed at anytime. Please note that shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may be higher, but you'll be contacted if the shipping charges exceed the rates below.
All orders sent to PO boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service only.
Furniture Shipping Information
LittleMissMatched offers FREE SHIPPING on all furniture orders (excluding orders from AK, HI and PR). Furniture orders ship in 48 hours and can be expected to arrive in 1-2 weeks from the order date. Sorry, but some items cannot be shipped to the outside contiguous United States. Customers ordering furniture for shipment to AK, HI or PR will be contacted to relay shipping cost information prior to shipping. Please call 1.877.MIX4FUN for more information.

General Return Policy
I always want you to be super happy, so if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 45 days of your order date. Just remember, all returned items must be in its original packaging, unwashed and unworn.
If I shipped an incorrect or defective item, I’ll refund your postage and ship the right item at no cost to you.
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number that you can get by calling Customer Service at 1.877.MIX4FUN (1.877.649.4386) or by emailing me at customerservice@littlemissmatched.com

Furniture Return Policy
If you would like to return your furniture purchase, please contact my Customer Service department at 1.877.MIX4FUN (1.877.649.4386) or email me at customerservice@littlemissmatched.com to issue a call tag. A date and time will be scheduled for the pick up. If a furniture order is returned, customer will be charged for the shipping cost both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. Assembled furniture cannot be returned. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Miss Matched, Inc. takes the privacy of our customers very seriously. We respect the privacy of all our users as well as the concerns of parents for their children visiting our site. We do update our policy from time to time without notice so please check back periodically. All updates will be published at this site.

What we collect and how we use it
The phrases "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.
You can visit most of our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. If we do collect such personally identifiable information, we typically use it for the purpose of enabling us to contact you directly, for contests and for promotions for example. LMM Club Newsletter (Electronic Mailing)
Our email newsletter is used to communicate new product availability, promotions and discounts. If a user requests to receive communications from LittleMissMatched (newsletters or company updates, for example) they need to provide a valid e-mail address. Real names need not be used to request newsletters.
Contests and Promotions
Email addresses that are submitted for entry in a contest or sweepstakes are used for the purpose of determining and notifying a winner. We may also use the email address to send a follow up newsletter. You may, at any point of time, inform us that you are no longer interested in receiving our newsletter, and we will immediately discontinue any further mailings. When entering contests or sweepstakes, children under the age of 18 are required to provide their parent’s consent. Should a participant under the age of 18 be selected as the winner (depending on eligibility and legal requirements per the contest rules and regulations), LittleMissMatched will notify that child that he/she has won and, to the extent possible, will follow up with the parent or guardian to avoid any surprises when we award the prize. We may post participant entries and/or winner’s on the website with first name, age and home state/province. Once the prize is awarded, information related to the winner will be maintained for internal administrative and auditing purposes.
Purchasing Products
When purchasing LMM products, we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice. But if you choose not to provide the information we request, you may be unable to purchase products, or access certain services, offers and content on our web site. We state that users must be 18 in order to create an account.
Technical Information
If you require technical support, we will ask you for information necessary to analyze and resolve the issue — such as information about your computer hardware and software, internet connection details, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing.
You will always be the person to make the ultimate decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests personally identifiable information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, however, you may not be able to complete the transaction.
We occasionally make names and addresses (but never email addresses) available to companies whose products we think may interest you, unless you have told us not to. In addition, LMM may retain the services of outside contractors to provide technical and business services for us. We require that these contractors keep the personally identifiable information of customers secure and confidential.
