Project Sock is back and better than ever! With even more prizes at stake, Project Sock: Season 2 is destined to be bigger, bolder and highlight the best talent from all around!
The nationwide design contest presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity for fans to reveal their "socktastic" artistic abilities by designing a 3-pack of non-matching socks to become part of a 2010 LittleMissMatched collection. All ages and levels of experience are encouraged to enter - the only requirement is creativity!
This year, Project Sock will award six (6) designers with the chance of a lifetime. Not only will the winning socks be sold to the public as part of the 2010 LittleMissMatched collection but cash prizes, socks, and of course, fame, will be up for grabs.

One (1) Fan Favorite Prize winning design chosen by fans just like YOU will go into production to become part of the 2010 LittleMissMatched holiday collection for sale to public. PLUS, the winner gets a $1,000 cash prize and TEN packs of their winning socks!
Five (5) Favorite Prize winning designs chosen by a panel of judges will also go into production to become part of the 2010 LittleMissMatched holiday collection for sale to public. These five winners will each also receive a cash price of $250 and TEN packs of their winning socks!
1. Design your original 3-pack of non-matching socks using the PROJECT SOCK template. You can either print this form and design your socks on paper or import the template into your favorite design program and rock out there (as long as you don't change the template sizing). Whatever you choose, be sure your design is on 8 1/2 x 11 white paper.
2. Fill out your ENTRY FORM and if you’re under 18, be sure to have your parent/guardian sign your entry form too!
3. Mail your design and entry form to:

Round One:
Submissions will be accepted from March 11th until 6pm EST on April 15, 2010.
Round Two:
Twenty-four (24) entries will be selected and posted on the site. From these, fans get to vote on their favorite design from April 29, 2010 – May 13, 2010. The entry with the highest average rating will be the FAN FAVORITE PRIZE winner! LittleMissMatched will also choose five (5) finalist designs to be COMPANY FAVORITE PRIZE winners.

About LittleMissMatched
LittleMissMatched is a lifestyle company on a mission to inspire creativity and individuality in girls of all ages. The company started out by selling socks that don't match in packs of three to encourage self expression through mixing and matching while solving the age old problem of the missing sock at the same time. Since then, LittleMissMatched has expanded into all categories of accessories, room décor and apparel with all products incorporating the core philosophy of creativity and self expression.
Eligibility
No purchase is necessary. All U.S residents (of any age!), residing in the US during the contest period, are eligible to enter. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian signature is required to enter. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and other US territories and possessions and where prohibited by law.
Multiple Entries
There is no limit on the number of times you can enter, however, each of your entries must consist of a separate Entry Form and completed Project Sock Template and have at least one (1) valid email account in order to qualify. No form of entry other than specified in the Official Rules is permitted.
Submission Format
All designs must be done on the PROJECT SOCK Template printed on 8 ½ x 11 white paper. Designs that do not comply will be disqualified.
Originality
ALL designs must be work that is original from the entrant and not previously published. Designs that do not comply will be disqualified.
Judging
Out of a possible 100 points, the criteria will be based on the following: "Execution of the theme" 50 points possible; "Originality" 25 points possible; and "Representation of brand message" 25 points possible. LittleMissMatched will then post the top 24 entries for a public vote. Of these posted entries, the entry with the highest average rating of fan votes will be awarded the (1) Fan Favorite prize. The Company Favorite prize will go to five (5) of the posted entries that LittleMissMatched chooses.
Important Dates
April 15, 2010 6 p.m. EST: Entry Deadline (contest closes)
April 29, 2010 – May 13, 2010: Finalists showcased in online gallery for voting
Winner announced: by July 31st, 2010
