Project Manager - Retail Roll Outs

Are you a Retail guru? Know what it takes to bring a store from concept to launch? Then read on!

We need a smart, experienced and energetic Retail Project Manager to help us plan and implement retail locations.

The role entails project managing our retail development initiative, spanning stand alone stores and kiosks. Includes coordinating leasing agents, design and build processes and operationalization of each location through opening.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the tasks, schedules and priorities of several concurrent tracks of work in the retail development project including:
• retail design process from concept to detailed store design
• site selection / leasing agent(s) coordination
• construction management coordination
• fixture and graphics planning for each store
• equipment and systems coordination for each store
• opening planning for each store
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and vendors to keep project(s) on time and on budget.
• Provide regular status reporting on project progress

The ideal candidate has:
• BS/BA college degree
• 3 to 5 years experience managing retail projects, preferably in apparel, tween or lifestyle brands.
• proven experience delivering projects on time and on budget
• excellent oral and written communication skills
• outstanding organizational skills
• ability to work cross functionally to get things done
• a proactive approach - figuring out what needs to be done and making it happen
