LITTLE MISS MATCHED'S PJ Party Pack SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES.

ELIGIBILITY: All entrants must be legal residents of the Continental U.S. All entrants younger than 18 years must obtain parental consent for participation. Employees of LITTLE MISS MATCHED and their advertising agencies and/or promotional partners and members of their immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, and husband or wife) together with those with whom such employees are domiciled are not eligible to enter.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00a August 28, 2007 and ends at 12:00a on October 5, 2007.

TO ENTER: Register for the World's Most Marvelous PJ Party at www.littlemissmatched.com/pajamaparty. Registrations that are disapproved by parents or guardians will be ineligible. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by LITTLE MISS MATCHED by 12:00a on October 5, 2007. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible or misdirected mail or e-mail, for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware, software, or phone line. Use of any computer to transmit multiple entries (other than as allowed herein) is prohibited. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Prize package will include one copy of the Marvelous & Fabulous Me Quiz Box from Workman Publishing, 5 packs of LittleMissMatched fuzzy socks, 5 LittleMissMatched notebooks and 5 LittleMissMatched pillowcases. Ten (10) prize packages will be awarded.

SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winner will be determined by via a random drawing of all eligible entries received by LITTLE MISS MATCHED. The drawing will be held in New York and will be overseen by LITTLE MISS MATCHED's independent accountants. The drawing will be held on October 5, 2007. Winners will be notified via e-mail on October 6, 2007. Winners must respond by October 10th or another winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes shall constitute the Winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the Winner's name, city, state, province or county, and country, likeness, photograph, statements made by the Winner about the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, and/or Prize information for promotional and advertising purposes without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who, in its sole discretion, attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF SUCH ENTRANT. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading any material from Sponsor's website or from using the prize, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of such impairment, Sponsor may choose the Winner from all eligible entries received as of the time of impairment. By receipt of any Prize in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless LITTLE MISS MATCHED and their affiliates, officers, employees and agents and all Sweepstakes sponsors from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from Winner's acceptance or use of any Prize or substitute Prize or their participation in this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy or from any misuse or malfunction of such Prize or substitute Prize. LITTLE MISS MATCHED and their affiliates, and directors, officers, employees and agents and all Sweepstakes sponsors assume no liability either for cancellation or for any reason whatsoever or through the acts or defaults of any company or person providing any Prize or for events occurring after the award of such Prize. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the Sweepstakes Winner. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law.
