General Shipping Info

We offer the following delivery options within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico at this time and can only ship via USPS Surepost to PO Boxes and APO addresses.

Please note our Business Days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST are processed the next business day. We do not ship or process orders Saturday and Sunday.

Standard: Please allow 4 to 9 business days, after order processing, for packages to arrive. Please allow an additional 6 to 12 business days for packages to arrive to Hawaii and Alaska.

2-Day: Orders placed by 11:00AM EST Monday thru Friday will be processed and shipped that same day. Orders placed after 11:00AM EST Monday thru Thursday will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM EST and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on Monday (unless a federal holiday). Sorry but this shipping option is not available for AK, HI, APO or PO Box Orders.

Next Business Day:Next Business Day orders must be received and credit card authorized by 11:00AM EST Monday thru Thursday. Next Business Day orders placed after 11:00AM EST, on Friday, weekends or Federal Holidays will ship the next business day. Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available. Sorry but this shipping option is not available for AK, HI, APO or PO Box orders.

Please note some rural areas may take up to 2 business days.


Where Does LittleMissMatched Ship?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states; Washington DC; U.S P.O. Boxes; and APO addresses. The shipping methods and charges offered during checkout will differ depending on your shipping address. At this time we are not able to ship to any non-U.S. address, including Puerto Rico.


Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept pre-paid cards, personal checks, cashier checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Please note that we only accept U.S. and Canadian credit cards, however, you must have a U.S. Shipping address for LittleMissMatched to accommodate your order.


Return & Exchange Policy


We always want you to be super happy with your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Just remember, all returned items must be in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet this criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. Returns received more than 30 days after the order date will not be accepted.  

BIKES:  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If we shipped an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at (914) 500-2060 or via email at ys@lmmyoubeyou.com soon as you receive your package so that we can make it right!

BIKES:  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns By Mail
Please note that all returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that you can get by emailing  ys@lmmyoubeyou.com. Email customer service with your order number and the items you wish to send back. Upon approval, your Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be emailed back to you. Please make sure to write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

Gift Returns
We are unable to provide gift receipts with Online orders at this time. If you received a gift from LittleMissMatched and wish to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service Team at (914) 500-2060 or ys@lmmyoubeyou.com
